Product introduction

BYD-2600 is a type of acrylic copolymer emulsion, and it is specially used in the polypropylene as the Pressure sensitive adhesive(PSA) tape adhesive. It can produce into high peeling strength, excellence edurance power adhesive tape,and good adhesive with the corrugated box. BYD2600 has the low surface tension, can make the polypropylene fulm has good wetting and attachment effection.

BYD-2600 can be used in the polypropylene as the Pressure sensitive adhesive(PSA) tape adhesive. The character are, 1.Good flow character. 2.Good and stable mechanism. 3.Not easy to bring the foam under the high speed machanism operation, so it doesn't effect the coatings.4.Good compatible with the tackifier, pigment, thickening agent and wetting agent. 5.180° peeling strength(PSTC #1 test way)is greater than 6N/inch. 6.bonding strength(PSTC #7 test way) is beyond 24 hours. 7.Grounder initial bonding strength (PSTC #6 test way )is lesser than 3 cm.
